Offshore Zen Affiliate Policy

This Offshore Zen Affiliate Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions that govern participation in the Offshore Zen Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Affiliate Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Operate a website, social media platform, or other marketing channel that aligns with Offshore Zen’s values and audience.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Not be an employee or direct competitor of Offshore Zen.

Offshore Zen reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions based on referred customers who purchase Offshore Zen products or services. Commission details will be outlined in the affiliate dashboard. Offshore Zen reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time with notice to affiliates.

3. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid monthly via Bank transfer.
• A minimum payout threshold of $100 must be met before payment is issued.
• Commissions are only paid for verified and completed purchases. Refunds or chargebacks will result in commission reversals.

4. Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices:

• No Misrepresentation: You may not make false claims about Offshore Zen services.
• No Spam: Any form of spamming (email, social media, or otherwise) is strictly prohibited.
• Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and financial regulations.
• Branding Guidelines: You may not modify Offshore Zen’s branding, logos, or promotional materials without prior approval.

5. Restricted Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

• Running paid ads using Offshore Zen brand keywords without permission.
• Pretending to be an official Offshore Zen representative.
• Engaging in deceptive, misleading, or unethical promotional activities.
• Using coupon or discount sites unless explicitly approved.
• Promoting Offshore Zen on websites with illegal, adult, or hate-related content.

6. Termination

Offshore Zen reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account without notice for:

• Violation of this Policy.
• Any fraudulent activity.
• Conduct that damages Offshore Zen’s reputation.

If an affiliate account is terminated, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at Offshore Zen’s discretion.

7. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Offshore Zen. Participation in the Program does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.

8. Changes to the Policy

Offshore Zen reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
